Coverage starts at $ 3,300. Each package includes images ready to print on a CD/DVD support. This generally contains between 500 to 1500 photos digitally produced. Compared to regular high-resolution digital files, our post-treatment increases contrast and saturation, enhances shadow and highlight details and color accuracy. Conversion to Black and White and sepia tone is embedded. To profit from our Fine-Art retouching style, all of our clients will also dispose of a print credit. In order to share your memories with friends and family, as to order additional prints, a password protected personal web gallery is provided. We always work with a familiar assistant / second shooter to insure different angles of the same moment. Riviera Maya is a praised wedding destination. But we only take on a select amount of weddings each month to ensure quality over quantity. How many pictures are you taking? A lot... And we will provide around 500 edited images from an average 8 hours of shooting. You can customize your package, seeing and ordering more photos files and prints online. How soon can I see my pictures? Your proofs will be available online within 10 days of your wedding. Being the owners of our web page selling service and not processing your order through societies as www.pictage.com or www.printroom.com allows us to have a very personalized retouch service. How many times to get our prints? It takes between 3 and 6 weeks to complete the work. Are you offering albums in your packages? All packages include a selection CD and numbers of Fine Art Post Produced Prints. As it stills quite difficult here to find the best albums and photo-books services, we cannot provide yet albums in our packages. You can find in the Links section of our website, the directions of some of the best albums producers in U.S.A. and could print books or albums by yourself with our products. That represents large savings over buying albums from a traditional photographer. Are you shooting formals ? Shooting formals turns into a performance delivered by zasil photographers.... Each of us counts with a long and daily experience into creative portraits. As everyone of our client you will certainly enjoy the dynamism and creativity of our sessions. Are you shooting film or Digital? Since Leica Camera GMBH has produced their first digital telemetric camera in 2007, we're shooting 100% digital, using also Canon professional SLR and their bright L lenses. Digital bring us also more creative freedom from the shot to the postproduction and when necessary some software permit to produce photographs as they were taken by traditional film with the grain of a mid 70's Kodak tri-X Black and White film or Kodachrome 25 color film. What is your equipment ? I’m not a technical maniac and just buy the best equipment thinking that the lenses are the most important. Photography stills rooted by the same basic equation of shutter-speed / aperture from the mid 1880’s and the quality of the light as the skills to capture it count more than the material that you use. Anyway, we got very impressive cameras (Canon, Nikon and Leica) with a lot of bright lenses that captures lots of pixels. Flashes? We trust in Wireless Canon, Metz and Lumedyne. We have a back up equipment and no one of our assistants is a robot but really skilled human photographer! How do I do to book you for my wedding? To hold your wedding date we will send you a wedding photography contract that you will sign and return with a retainer of US$ 1100. The deposit is applied toward the balance of the package. Balance must be paid in the 15 days before the marriage, most of the time at the pre-wedding consultation. Payment might be cash, Visa, Pay Pal or Bank transfer, no checks. No refunds of the deposit when service cancelled.

Zasil Studio is an Art Gallery located by the main pedestrian walk of Playa del Carmen. Working as a Free Photographer’s Association, our project offers a monthly photographic exhibition to the public and promotes local and international photographers. Vincent RIBON Vincent Ribon is native from Aix-en-Provence, France. After 2 years of half time living in Mexico, he came to Playa del Carmen to travel all South America.... And he stayed, in the realm of this vivid white light. His today's plans: having here a basis and making of his artistic and reportage works keep going on. So, as specialized in portrait, he opened a photo studio “Zasil Playa Photo” on January 2005. “I have always been a photographer. More than a job, Photography stays what values my profession: an experience that increases instant creativity bringing various emotions and a lot of adrenaline! My work is inspired by the 1950's tradition of "World is Beautiful", opened to the contemporary understandings of are Reality and Truth. I don't want to loose the contact with the Human Being and I'm working quite few for still life, food or industrial contracts that keep me away from sessions full of life. I’m completely fluent in French, Spanish, English and German with notions of Dutch and Italian... want to meet more cultures and learn more languages. I grew up surrounded by a huge Leica and Hasselblad’s camera collection we had at home. Am I a photographer because of this forbidden treasure? My passion is rooted by the fascination I improved looking through a kind of kaleidoscope I received on my 7th (?) birthday. I spent a lot of my time imagining the world in the geometrical deconstruction the prism was presenting to my curious eye. Exited by this experience, I discovered a broken Polaroid camera in the cell of my grandfather’s house. With it I started to shoot mental photographs before my father taught me how to capture my mother and him with his camera. Later, he gave me my first Leicaflex. I started with my own experiments helped by the photographic library we had and I discovered how to show (in)visible reality: Henri Cartier-Bresson’s work, the Golden Rule, the Decisive Moment; inner worlds of Diane Arbus, stories without words of Ralph Gibson... Today Nick Knight, Steve Mc Curry, Martin Parr or Roger Ballen are ones of my preferred photographers. After graduated from French University Lumière-Lyon 2 (Human Sciences option Photography) I became a professional photographer learning to tell stories for newspaper (Tribune de Genève, Switzerland) and studying flashlights as advertising assistant (www.nomades-photo.com).
